Sabe do que se trata? Vamos conversar um pouco sobre isso!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rendimento real x rendimento nominal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O rendimento real n\u00e3o vem da nossa moeda REAL, e sim da ideia de &#8220;verdadeiro&#8221;. O rendimento real \u00e9 o quanto algo rende de verdade, acima da infla\u00e7\u00e3o. Para ficar mais claro, podemos comparar com o conceito de rendimento nominal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O rendimento nominal \u00e9 o rendimento mais comum que vemos nos investimentos. Quando algu\u00e9m me diz que um t\u00edtulo tem o rendimento de 8% ao ano, por exemplo, estamos falando de rendimento nominal. Isso quer dizer que se eu colocar 100 reais neste t\u00edtulo, ele vai me render 8 reais ao final de um ano. Este \u00e9 o rendimento nominal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora vamos supor que a infla\u00e7\u00e3o do ano foi de 8% tamb\u00e9m. Neste caso, apesar de ter um rendimento nominal de 8%, o meu rendimento real foi 0%, pois eu apenas consegui empatar com a infla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se a infla\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o aumento generalizado dos pre\u00e7os, uma infla\u00e7\u00e3o de 8% significa que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>8% \u00e9 o rendimento m\u00ednimo que eu preciso para repor a infla\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li><li>de um modo simples, as coisas ficaram 8% mais caras;<\/li><li>para comprar o que eu comprava antes, eu preciso de 8% a mais de dinheiro, ou seja, se eu gastava 100 reais para comprar itens no mercado, agora eu preciso gastar 108 reais para comprar os mesmos itens.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sugest\u00e3o de leitura: <a href=\"https:\/\/naoseiinvestir.com\/index.php\/2021\/01\/12\/o-que-e-inflacao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">O que \u00e9 infla\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A import\u00e2ncia do rendimento real<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Suponhamos que voc\u00ea recebe um sal\u00e1rio de 2.000 reais. O sindicato negocia com a empresa e voc\u00ea consegue um aumento de 5%. Entretanto, a infla\u00e7\u00e3o acumulada do ano anterior foi de 10%. O que aconteceu aqui?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Basicamente, o seu sal\u00e1rio diminuiu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ele diminuiu porque o aumento geral de pre\u00e7os foi muito maior do que o aumento do seu sal\u00e1rio. Logo, voc\u00ea teve um aumento de 5%, mas o custo de vida encareceu em 10%. Se seu aumento fosse de 10%, a\u00ed dir\u00edamos que houve <em>reposi\u00e7\u00e3o da infla\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em>, e n\u00e3o aumento de fato. Se o reajuste salarial fosse superior a 10%, a\u00ed sim, dir\u00edamos que houve aumento ou, em outras palavras, <em>ganho real<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ganho real e rendimento real: a ideia aqui \u00e9 a mesma<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nos investimentos, quando pensamos em rendimentos, devemos buscar o ganho real ou ao menos reposi\u00e7\u00e3o da infla\u00e7\u00e3o, de forma a manter o poder de compra do dinheiro. Se voc\u00ea pensar algo como &#8220;quero ter 100 mil reais daqui 15 anos&#8221;, a ideia ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 bem completa. Na realidade, voc\u00ea quer ter <em>uma quantidade de dinheiro que compra o que 100 mil reais compram hoje<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com a infla\u00e7\u00e3o, pode ser que os 100 mil, daqui a quinze anos, sejam equivalentes a 70 mil reais hoje, por exemplo. Tudo vai depender de quanto vai ser a infla\u00e7\u00e3o no per\u00edodo. Por isso precisamos ter consci\u00eancia do que \u00e9 ganho real e buscar retornos acima da infla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Como calcular o rendimento real<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O primeiro impulso que temos \u00e9 pensar o seguinte: se a infla\u00e7\u00e3o foi 3% e meu rendimento nominal foi 8%, logo 8 menos 3 \u00e9 igual a 5. Meu rendimento real \u00e9 de 5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O c\u00e1lculo real, no entanto, \u00e9 um pouco diferente. Devemos fazer o seguinte: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Rendimento real = [ (rendimento nominal + 1) dividido por (infla\u00e7\u00e3o + 1)<\/em> <em>] &#8211; 1<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vamos usar o exemplo l\u00e1 de cima para clarear: rendimento nominal no per\u00edodo igual a 8% e infla\u00e7\u00e3o igual a 3%. Estes n\u00fameros ficam assim:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rendimento nominal = 8% ou 0,08<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infla\u00e7\u00e3o = 3% ou 0,03<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Rendimento real = [ (0,08 + 1) dividido por (0,03 + 1) ] &#8211; 1<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fazemos primeiro as opera\u00e7\u00f5es dentro dos par\u00eanteses. Achou que as aulas de matem\u00e1tica na escola n\u00e3o serviriam pra nada na vida? Pois \u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Rendimento real = [ (1,08) dividido por (1,03) ] &#8211; 1<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Rendimento real = [ 1,0485 ] -1<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Rendimento real = 0,0485 ou 4,85%<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Veja que o rendimento real n\u00e3o \u00e9 de 5%, como n\u00f3s tendemos a imaginar, mas sim um pouco menor do que isso: 4,85%. Este percentual representa aquilo que meu dinheiro se valorizou acima da infla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bacana n\u00e9?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se voc\u00ea possui dificuldade com n\u00fameros, a forma acima pode soar estranha e dif\u00edcil, mas n\u00e3o se preocupe. O mais importante \u00e9 entender o conceito: se o rendimento est\u00e1 abaixo da infla\u00e7\u00e3o, voc\u00ea est\u00e1 perdendo dinheiro; se est\u00e1 igual \u00e0 infla\u00e7\u00e3o, o dinheiro manteve o poder de compra; se est\u00e1 acima, a\u00ed voc\u00ea n\u00e3o s\u00f3 manteve o poder de compra, como ganhou um rendimento real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00favidas?
