Cada <em>ticker<\/em> representa uma a\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo que uma mesma empresa pode possuir mais de um <em>ticker<\/em> de acordo com a classe de a\u00e7\u00f5es: ON ou PN. Ficou confuso? Vamos clarear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tickers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Em vez de chegar l\u00e1 na sua corretora e digitar, por exemplo, ITA\u00da UNIBANCO para comprar a\u00e7\u00f5es do Ita\u00fa, voc\u00ea utiliza o c\u00f3digo da a\u00e7\u00e3o, o tal do ticker. Assim, neste exemplo, haver\u00e1 dois tickers diferentes para as a\u00e7\u00f5es do Ita\u00fa: ITUB3 e ITUB4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vejamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ITUB \u00e9 um c\u00f3digo que faz um baita sentido, concorda? Lembra bastante o nome da institui\u00e7\u00e3o e caracteriza bem as a\u00e7\u00f5es da companhia. Veja que s\u00e3o quatro letras, sendo este o padr\u00e3o. Sem muito mist\u00e9rio aqui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O n\u00famero<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Agora perceba que h\u00e1 um n\u00famero ap\u00f3s as letras: ITUB3 ou ITUB4. Em outro artigo aqui no site j\u00e1 falamos de a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias, preferenciais e UNITS. Se voc\u00ea n\u00e3o conhece estes conceitos, recomendo a leitura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sugest\u00e3o de leitura: <a href=\"https:\/\/naoseiinvestir.com\/index.php\/2021\/01\/21\/acoes-on-x-acoes-pn-x-units\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">A\u00e7\u00f5es ON, PN e UNITS<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De uma forma bem resumida, as a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias (ON) s\u00e3o as mesmas que os s\u00f3cios majorit\u00e1rios possuem, contando com direito a voto na empresa; as preferenciais possuem prioridade no recebimento de dividendos; e as UNITS s\u00e3o uma mistura que engloba ordin\u00e1rias e preferenciais dentro de um mesmo pacote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias s\u00e3o representadas pelo n\u00famero 3; as preferenciais, pelos n\u00fameros 4, 5 e 6; as UNITS, finalmente, pelo n\u00famero 11. Assim, j\u00e1 conseguimos traduzir os <em>tickers <\/em>anteriores: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>ITUB3 =  a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias do Ita\u00fa Unibanco<\/em>;<\/li><li><em>ITUB 4 = a\u00e7\u00f5es preferenciais do Ita\u00fa Unibanco<\/em>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mais alguns detalhes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A maioria das a\u00e7\u00f5es preferenciais termina com 4. Assim, s\u00f3 de bater o olho no n\u00famero ao final do c\u00f3digo voc\u00ea j\u00e1 consegue perceber:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 &#8211; a\u00e7\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria;<\/li><li>4 &#8211; a\u00e7\u00e3o preferencial;<\/li><li>11 &#8211; a\u00e7\u00e3o UNIT.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Vamos a mais alguns exemplos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>PETR4 &#8211; a\u00e7\u00f5es preferenciais da Petrobr\u00e1s;<\/li><li>VALE3 &#8211; a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias da Vale do Rio Doce;<\/li><li>BIDI11 &#8211; a\u00e7\u00f5es UNIT do Banco Inter;<\/li><li>ABEV3 &#8211; a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias da Ambev;<\/li><li>BBDC4 &#8211; a\u00e7\u00f5es preferenciais do Bradesco;<\/li><li>TIET11 &#8211; a\u00e7\u00f5es UNIT da AES Tiet\u00ea;<\/li><li>HGTX3 &#8211; a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias da Hering.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Algumas empresas possuem mais de um tipo de a\u00e7\u00e3o: a Petrobr\u00e1s, por exemplo, possui tanto a\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias quanto a\u00e7\u00f5es preferenciais. Assim, voc\u00ea tem PETR3 (ordin\u00e1ria) e PETR4 (preferencial). Outras empresas fazem parte do Novo Mercado, segmento da Bolsa com boas pr\u00e1ticas de gest\u00e3o, no qual s\u00f3 \u00e9 permitido a\u00e7\u00f5es ON: \u00e9 o caso da Ambev e da Hering, por exemplo, que s\u00f3 possuem a\u00e7\u00f5es de final 3 (ordin\u00e1rias).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00favidas?
