Muito provavelmente ela pipocou em algum notici\u00e1rio na TV ou na internet e talvez voc\u00ea n\u00e3o tenha entendido exatamente o que ela significa. Vamos conversar um pouco sobre ela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IGPM &#8211; \u00cdndice Geral de Pre\u00e7os &#8211; Mercado<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O IGPM ou IGP-M \u00e9 um dos \u00edndices que medem o aumento de pre\u00e7os no Brasil. Assim, estamos falando de um \u00edndice usado para medir a infla\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Mas espera, n\u00e3o \u00e9 o IPCA que mede a infla\u00e7\u00e3o?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se esse questionamento veio \u00e0 sua mente, parab\u00e9ns! Exatamente, o IPCA \u00e9 o \u00edndice oficial de infla\u00e7\u00e3o no Brasil, medido pelo IBGE e respons\u00e1vel por mensurar o aumento m\u00e9dio do custo de vida. Entretanto, o IPCA n\u00e3o \u00e9 o \u00fanico \u00edndice com essa finalidade e \u00e9 aqui que entra o irm\u00e3o dele, o IGP-M.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sugest\u00e3o de leitura: <a href=\"https:\/\/naoseiinvestir.com\/index.php\/2021\/01\/12\/o-que-e-inflacao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">O que \u00e9 infla\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O IGPM \u00e9 calculado pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas e trabalha com uma composi\u00e7\u00e3o diferente do irm\u00e3o dele. Enquanto o IPCA leva em sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o itens como alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, vestu\u00e1rio, transportes e habita\u00e7\u00e3o, o IGPM possui a seguinte composi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>60% &#8211; \u00edndice de pre\u00e7os ao produtor amplo (IPA);<\/li><li>30% &#8211; \u00edndice de pre\u00e7os ao consumidor (IPC);<\/li><li>10% &#8211; \u00edndice nacional de custo da constru\u00e7\u00e3o (INCC).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Perceba que o IPCA foca os pre\u00e7os e custo de vida da popula\u00e7\u00e3o em geral, tanto que a sigla significa <strong>\u00edndice de pre\u00e7os ao consumidor amplo<\/strong>. J\u00e1 o IGPM, apesar de incluir tamb\u00e9m os pre\u00e7os ao consumidor, trabalha com \u00edndices relacionados aos custos do setor de atacado e \u00e0 constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil. Desse modo, ele inclui um n\u00famero maior de vari\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&#8220;Ok, o que me interessa ent\u00e3o \u00e9 o IPCA&#8221;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o \u00e9 bem assim. Embora o IPCA seja o \u00edndice oficial de infla\u00e7\u00e3o no Brasil, o IGP-M tem uma presen\u00e7a muito forte no nosso dia a dia e no nosso or\u00e7amento. Tradicionalmente, ele \u00e9 utilizado para balizar o reajuste dos alugu\u00e9is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se voc\u00ea paga aluguel, n\u00e3o \u00e9 nada dif\u00edcil que o reajuste dele seja feito com base no IGPM. E isso cria uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o comparativa interessante. No ano de 2020 para 2021, o IPCA acumulado ficou em menos de 5%, enquanto o IGPM acumulado de doze meses <strong>ficou em mais de 20%<\/strong>. O IGP-M engloba mais itens e tende a ser maior do que o IPCA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De posse dessa informa\u00e7\u00e3o, se voc\u00ea tem dois alugueis de mesmo valor, sendo um reajustado pelo IPCA e outro pelo IGPM, qual voc\u00ea escolhe?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entendeu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelo mesmo motivo, normalmente voc\u00ea ver\u00e1 investimentos remunerados com base no IPCA, mas n\u00e3o com base no IGP-M, que \u00e9 bem maior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E voc\u00ea, j\u00e1 conhecia este \u00edndice?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IGPM: j\u00e1 ouviu falar dessa sigla?
