IFIX: o que \u00e9?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A sigla IFIX significa \u00cdndice de Fundos de Investimento Imobili\u00e1rios (n\u00e3o me pergunte o porqu\u00ea do X no final da sigla). Ele est\u00e1 para os FIIs tal qual o Ibov est\u00e1 para as a\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assim, ele d\u00e1 uma refer\u00eancia geral de como o mercado de FIIs est\u00e1 performando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como funciona?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

O IFIX \u00e9 muito mais el\u00e1stico quando comparado ao Ibovespa, pois os crit\u00e9rios do \u00edndice de fundos s\u00e3o menos exigentes. Desse modo, na pr\u00e1tica, a maioria dos FIIs listados na B3 fazem parte do \u00edndice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tal qual o Ibov, aqui tamb\u00e9m h\u00e1 diferentes pesos para cada fundo que comp\u00f5e o \u00edndice. O que manda \u00e9 o valor de mercado do FII: quanto maior o valor de mercado, maior o peso do fundo no \u00edndice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Import\u00e2ncia do IFIX para o investidor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

O \u00edndice \u00e9 utilizado para mensurar o desempenho geral dos FIIs da Bolsa, mas ele n\u00e3o deve ser um grande motivo de preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o para o investidor, especialmente para o investidor de longo prazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pense que o IFIX inclui um n\u00famero muito grande de FIIs, inclusive FIIs que n\u00e3o possuem fundamentos t\u00e3o interessantes. Sua maior preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser a de escolher bons fundos imobili\u00e1rios para compor a sua carteira de investimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
